About

Everyone brings a unique perspective and contribution to their community. By ensuring person-centered support that emphasizes dignity, respect and independence, our services aim to connect individuals with their community and live fully. The success of our organization is measured by the individual successes of those we serve. Adults with developmental disabilities living their dreams, traveling, buying their own homes, getting married, working, owning a business — choosing and directing their own lives. Successes made possible by the dedication and commitment of the people working together for a fully integrated community.

Our Story

Babatunde Padonou is a trained lawyer from Africa. After moving to WIsconsin, he began working in the Supported Employment field from the ground up, from caregiver, to a vocational job coach on to case management. Impressed by the support for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Dane County, he saw a significant need for similar types of support across WIsconsin. Along with his wife Sabirath, a Registered Nurse who  specializes in working with individuals with intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, he has a solid foundation for expanding Community Employment And Days Services.
